I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's convenient location next to the kids' area, which was perfect for my daughter. The special surprise for her added a nice touch. However, figuring out the AC controllers could be clearer, but overall a good stay.
The hotel offers a mix of experiences. The rooms are like a school dinner room with poor table service but thank goodness for the deluxe rooms. The location is directly at the Dead Sea with easy access but lacks nearby amenities. The dining experience is good, although the prices may seem high. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
Staying at the hotel was a real treat for me. The rooms were impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet, making for a relaxing stay. However, the early room lock could be a slight inconvenience.
The hotel had excellent facilities and the best DJ ever at the El Grito pool, but the rooms could have been a little cleaner, making it almost impossible to find a table, and the service suffered a bit as a result. The room was very hot, making it difficult to sleep.

The dining experience was very average, with chaotic service and slightly below 5-star quality food. On the upside, the location was quiet and perfect for relaxation.
